JLJ99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

Definitions

Throughout this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

• "JLJ99" refers to the online gaming platform operated at jlj99.app and accessible to eligible users in the Philippines.
• "Player" or "you" means any adult individual who has registered a verified account on JLJ99.
• "Account" means the personal registered account through which a player accesses JLJ99 services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a player's JLJ99 account, denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP, ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits credited to an account that are subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "Game" means any product available through the JLJ99 platform including slots, table games, sports betting markets, fishing arcade games, and virtual sports.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or wager recorded on an account.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and use JLJ99, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times your account remains open.

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the minimum legal age permitted under applicable Philippine law, whichever is higher.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or subject to a prohibition on gambling activity under applicable law.
• You must not already hold another active or previously suspended JLJ99 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where using JLJ99 is restricted or prohibited by law.

JLJ99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

JLJ99 may refuse a registration application or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects misuse, false information, or non-compliance with these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

Your JLJ99 account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through it.

• Keep your password and any one-time codes confidential. Do not share them with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent JLJ99 through unofficial channels.
• Log out after every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify JLJ99 immediately at support@jlj99.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact details current. Outdated details may delay account verification and transactions.
• Do not allow another person to use your account or operate it on your behalf.

JLJ99 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Where JLJ99 has reason to suspect account compromise, it may temporarily freeze the account pending investigation.

Deposits

All deposits to JLJ99 accounts are processed in Philippine pesos. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

Accepted Payment Methods

Subject to current availability, JLJ99 may support the following deposit methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times are displayed in the JLJ99 cashier at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must meet the minimum amount specified at the time of the transaction.
• JLJ99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before depositing.
• Failed deposit attempts must not be retried repeatedly in quick succession. Repeated failed attempts may temporarily restrict the payment method on your account.
• JLJ99 may conduct enhanced verification on large deposits in line with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from JLJ99 accounts are subject to the following conditions.

• Only players who have completed identity verification are eligible to withdraw.
• Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum amount stated in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. JLJ99 may request supporting documentation if a different method is required.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JLJ99 will communicate estimated timelines in the cashier, but delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside JLJ99's direct control.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of real-money funds is processed. Attempting to withdraw while an active bonus remains subject to wagering requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• JLJ99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests. This may delay processing until documentation is received and reviewed.

Bonuses and Promotions

JLJ99 may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer will state its own specific conditions, including the following where applicable.

• Wagering requirement: The total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, the deposit, or a combination.
• Eligible games: Not all games on JLJ99 contribute equally — or at all — to meeting a wagering requirement. The offer description will list contribution rates by game category.
• Minimum odds: For sports betting bonuses, only wagers placed at or above the stated minimum odds will count toward the requirement.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire after the stated period. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum withdrawal: Some JLJ99 bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from that bonus. The cap is stated in the specific offer terms.

Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes only. JLJ99 does not guarantee that a bonus will produce a financial return. JLJ99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system — through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or deliberate exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have their accounts reviewed and may have bonuses removed, winnings voided, and accounts suspended.

Game Rules and Conduct

Each game available through JLJ99 operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface before play begins. Reading the applicable game rules before wagering is the player's responsibility.

General Conduct Standards

• All wagers are final once confirmed. JLJ99 cannot reverse a completed bet except in specific circumstances defined in individual game rules or where a verifiable technical error has occurred on JLJ99's end.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, JLJ99 will investigate using available server logs and apply a fair resolution in line with the documented game rules.
• Winnings from games displaying an error — including a displayed odds or payout that is materially incorrect due to a JLJ99 system fault — may be voided at JLJ99's discretion after investigation.
• Players must not use automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interfere with or manipulate game outcomes or the JLJ99 platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JLJ99. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where legally permitted.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using JLJ99 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity.
• Allowing minors to access or use your JLJ99 account.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse bonus offers through coordinated or systematic wagering patterns.
• Using any third-party software, script, or tool to access, manipulate, or interact with JLJ99 in an automated or unauthorised manner.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting JLJ99 support at support@jlj99.app.

Intellectual Property

All content on the JLJ99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, and audio-visual materials — is the property of JLJ99 or its licensed game providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any JLJ99 content without prior written consent.

Game titles and associated assets displayed within JLJ99 belong to their respective developers and providers. JLJ99 operates under agreements with these providers. Any unauthorised reproduction of game materials is a violation of both these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

JLJ99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uptime and service quality, JLJ99 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, delay, or error at all times.

• JLJ99 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays.
• JLJ99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses suffered by a player, including gaming losses resulting from technical faults where the fault did not originate from JLJ99's core systems.
• Where a JLJ99 technical error directly causes an incorrect settlement, JLJ99 will apply a correction in line with documented game rules. Corrections may require voiding the affected transaction.
• The maximum liability of JLJ99 to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the verified real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

Nothing in this section limits JLJ99's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy and Data

JLJ99 collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described in that policy.

JLJ99 will not sell your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All data transfers are conducted with appropriate security safeguards.

Responsible Gaming

JLJ99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among eligible Filipino adults. Gaming on JLJ99 is intended solely as entertainment and must not be treated as income, a financial strategy, or a solution to financial difficulty.

• Players must set personal budgets before play and stop when those budgets are exhausted.

Playing under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or when emotionally distressed, is strongly discouraged. JLJ99 cannot be responsible for decisions made under such conditions, but the platform's responsible gaming tools remain available at all times.

Account Closure

Voluntary Closure

A player may request account closure at any time by contacting JLJ99 at support@jlj99.app. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance that is eligible for withdrawal under these Terms will be processed to the verified payment method on file. Bonus funds not meeting applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

Closure by JLJ99

JLJ99 may suspend or permanently close an account — with or without notice depending on the severity of the circumstances — in any of the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the stated timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable notice obligations.
• Any other reason that JLJ99 determines, in its sole discretion, renders continued account operation unsuitable or legally impermissible.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, JLJ99 may withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation, and may forfeit any bonus-derived winnings.

Amendments to These Terms

JLJ99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the JLJ99 platform before they take effect.

Continued use of JLJ99 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using JLJ99 and request account closure before the effective date. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible through the footer of the JLJ99 website.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of JLJ99 shall first be referred to JLJ99's internal support team at support@jlj99.app for informal resolution.

JLJ99 will endeavour to respond to and resolve reported concerns within a reasonable timeframe. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless another forum is specified by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate.
